Because PCB, PCB assembly, and custom parts are custom-made products, each product is produced according to the customer’s design gerber file or 3D CAD file, BOM and drawings, our return policy is specifically tailored to address the unique nature of custom manufacturing.
Return Eligibility

- Manufacturing Defects: When RAYPCB fails to produce according to your provided design files, specifications, or special instructions
- Quality Issues: When the production quality does not meet IPC standards or your explicitly stated requirements
- Shipping Damage: When products are damaged during transit
- Incorrect Order Fulfillment: When we ship the wrong product or quantity
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customer Design Errors: Products manufactured correctly according to your provided files but containing errors in your original design
- Change of Mind: Custom products that you no longer need but were manufactured to your specifications
- Standard Tolerance Variations: Products that fall within industry-standard tolerances unless otherwise specified
- Products Used or Modified: Items that have been soldered, assembled, or otherwise altered after delivery
Return Time Limits
- Return Request Window: You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order
- Quality Claim Period: Any objections to product quality must be filed within 30 days from the date of receipt
- Late Claims: After 30 days, acceptance of the product is assumed unless otherwise arranged
